About Paul S. Yamauchi, M.D., PhD
Dr. Paul S. Yamauchi is a nationally recognized, board-certified dermatologist and leader in clinical research and advanced treatments. Yamauchi is a dermatologist in private practice at the Dermatology Institute and Skin Care Center in Santa Monica, California, and is on the staff of Providence Saint John’s Hospital in Santa Monica and the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Yamauchi is recognized as a key opinion leader in psoriasis treatment and is on the Medical Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation. He has extensive experience using the new biologics, and has been invited to speak at international, national, regional and local venues to talk about new advances in the treatment of psoriasis. Yamauchi has published extensively on new advances in treatment and is a strong advocate in establishing patient support groups for psoriasis.
About Richard Seiden, J.D.
Richard Seiden has been involved with the National Psoriasis Foundation for over three decades. Elected to be the Board of Directors in 2002, Seiden served a two-year term as chair in July 2009, and was re-elected to the Board in 2015. Seiden, who has psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, has been a Foundation advocate before Congress and the National Institutes of Health, and serves on the Advisory Council to the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases. Seiden is a corporate attorney in the Healthcare Practice Group of Foley & Lardner, LLP. Seiden is a graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley and the University of Pennsylvania.
