Travel Information

The National Psoriasis Foundation will provide private accommodations for non-local residents on Friday, October 7th and Saturday, October 8th at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Attendees are required to stay for the entire conference. This is a requirement of participation at this event.



Educational sessions will run from 8 a.m. October 8th to 3 p.m. October 9th. By submitting this application, I agree to arrange my travel plans accordingly and attend all required lectures on Saturday and Sunday. I understand that if I don’t adhere to NPF’s attendance policy, as well as complete all pre/post-conference activities (pre-test, post-test, evaluation), I will be subject to financial penalties for expenses incurred on my behalf.
