Appointment Prep Kit

A doctor and patient discussing psoriatic disease in an office setting.

Medical appointments are your time to tell your health care provider how you’re feeling, both physically and emotionally. It’s also your time to discuss your treatment plan – what options you have, whether your current treatment is working and what steps to take if it’s not.

Although you may only have a few minutes with your provider, there are things you can do to get the most from your time together. Preparing for your appointment helps you work with your health care provider to make the best treatment decision and, ultimately, live your healthiest life with psoriatic disease.

Appointment Preparation Kit
