How DIY works in real life

Team NPF gives you plenty of opportunities to walk, run and bike to help support the National Psoriasis Foundation. But what do you do if there’s no event scheduled in your area?

No problem! You can always create your own Team NPF event. Just do it yourself, or DIY. We’re happy to help. Here are some examples from our resourceful volunteers.

7 epic moments in bowling history

When you come out to play with Team NPF, you can enjoy walking, running, cycling and bingo. You can also create your own events with Team NPF DIY. DIY is exactly what’s happening on May 24, 2017, when Team NPF goes where no Team NPF has gone before: a bowling alley.

To commemorate this occasion, we present these unforgettable moments in bowling history:

From a night of bingo to a round of wine-tasting

Bingo – as Team NPF practices it – pulled in 168 bingo enthusiasts on the night of Feb. 25, 2017, at the Rock Creek Country Club in Portland, Oregon. They came together to have fun, support a good cause, enjoy dinner, wine and cocktails, flex some muscle during the silent auction, and score some prizes!

By the time everyone had gone home and the last daubers had been packed away, the happy crowd had raised $33,000 – more than 100 percent of the evening’s goal.

Have you ever dreamed of cycling the beautiful wine country of the West Coast and doing some wine-tasting after your ride?

Have you ever imagined yourself yelling “Bingo!” and dominating the room with your Daubers of Doom?

Have you ever pictured yourself running marathons and boring everyone at the office with your tales of running straight up the side of a mountain?
