People living with psoriatic disease rely on the NPF's Health Care Provider Directory as evidence of providers practicing the highest quality care for psoriatic disease. The NPF Medical Board has set expectations that are consistent with state-of-the-art clinical care for those with psoriatic disease.

Health care providers listed in the directory with the "Committed to Clear" badge have agreed to the following:

• I believe that all patients are entitled to a care plan executed with the goal of attaining minimal disease activity, including completely clear skin (i.e., a body surface area score of 0).
• I will advocate for my psoriatic disease patients collectively and individually to assure guideline-based care for both their visible and systemic disease.
• I am committed to growing my own expertise in clinical care and will continue to evaluate and use the tools of NPF and the relevant professional societies to reach these goals.
