Comorbidities Fact Sheet

People living with psoriatic disease have an increased risk for experiencing a comorbidity. A comorbidity is a disease or condition that occurs because of or is related to a health condition you have, such as psoriasis.

So what are some examples? High blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes are all comorbidities of psoriatic disease.
