Upcoming Webinar: Qigong: Simple Exercise For All

Curious about Qigong (“chee-gong”) and how it can benefit your health? Qigong is known to help reduce pain and chronic fatigue as well as promote fitness and flexibility. Join Registered Kinesiotherapist Craig Ing as he presents an introductory session to Qigong including what it is, its benefits, risks, and sample exercises you can participate in from home. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes for this live session as you’ll move through sample exercises with Craig.
