SKYWAY-RD
This is a clinical research study testing the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication called SPY072 in the treatment of rheumatic diseases including psoriatic arthritis compared to a placebo (a substance that looks like the study drug but has no active medication). SPY072 has not been approved for any use anywhere in the world.
The study is being conducted at multiple research centers and includes adults 18 years of age or older with certain inflammatory rheumatic conditions.
Participants are randomly assigned to receive either SPY072 or placebo.
Neither the participant nor the study team will know which treatment is given (double-blind).
All participants will be closely monitored throughout the study.
This study includes adults with moderate to severe psoriatic arthritis who have tried standard or advanced treatments but still have active disease.
Be sure to discuss your interest in participating in a clinical trial with your physician.
