GPP Awareness Day Toolkit

The First Ever GPP Awareness Day is August 13, 2025

GPP is a painful, rare, and chronic form of psoriasis that can appear in a small area or over a wide swath of the body. Because of the rarity of GPP, it is often misdiagnosed and misunderstood, but there are effective treatments and tools to manage the disease.

Please help build momentum for GPP Awareness Day on August 13 on social media by sharing the following messages with the provided campaign graphics.

I Support Those Who Live with GPP

August 13 is #GPPawarenessday, and I’m showing my support for those who experience this chronic, painful, and rare form of psoriasis. Generalized Pustular Psoriasis can affect large or small areas of the body, and for some, it can be so sudden and aggressive as to require hospitalization.

Will you join me in showing support for anyone living with GPP?

I Live with GPP

I live with Generalized Pustular Psoriasis (GPP) and on August 13 I’m joining with the @national.psoriasis.foundation to raise awareness for this chronic, rare, and painful form of psoriasis.

Living with a rare disease often feels isolating. GPP Awareness Day is our chance to join together to educate others and to support anyone like me who lives with this disease. I invite you to participate and show your support by posting on social media or learning more about GPP at: psoriasis.org/gpp-resource-center. #thisispsoriasis #thisisGPP
