The National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF) is pleased to announce the hiring of Jackie Conrad as Chief Development Officer. Conrad comes to NPF with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations raise critical funds, engage constituents, and exceed revenue goals.
“We are thrilled to bring a visionary leader into the NPF community,” said Leah M. Howard, J.D., the President and CEO of NPF. “To achieve our mission, we must remain bold and innovative. Jackie brings expertise and a collaborative approach that will accelerate our growth as we work toward a world free from psoriatic disease.”
Previously, Conrad held leadership roles at several corporate and nonprofit organizations. As Director of Marketing at The Washington Post, she navigated complex stakeholder environments and translated strategy into sustained investment, while adding client value. At American Nurses Association, she developed high-impact corporate partnerships that aligned mission priorities with national brands, unlocking sponsorship revenue and long-term strategic relationships. At Merkle, Conrad focused on driving organizational growth by pairing strong development fundamentals with disciplined strategy. Through relationship building and data-driven decision making, she has achieved remarkable success for several nonprofit clients. At NPF, Conrad is responsible for designing new revenue streams that drive long-lasting growth and sustainability. She now leads NPF’s development strategy while overseeing fundraising and partnership initiatives. “This position is critical to strengthening our impact and expanding the resources that fuel our programs,” Howard said.
“I am honored to join NPF at such an important time,” said Conrad. “My career has centered on pairing strong philanthropy fundamentals with innovative partnership strategies, and I am excited to develop new revenue opportunities, deepen donor engagement, and accelerate progress toward a cure.”
After earning her bachelor of science degree in communications studies from Northwestern University, Conrad earned her master’s degree in business administration from New York University Stern School of Business.
