NPF appreciates the opportunity to provide feedback on the PFS and how the proposed changes may impact Medicare beneficiaries with psoriatic disease. Our comments on the proposed rule specifically outline our concerns regarding the payment for phototherapy treatments to treat psoriasis. We also express our support for expanded telehealth access in Medicare and encourage CMS to make these expansions permanent even after the public health emergency period.
