Esther Victor

Esther Victor joined NPF in 2022. In her role at the NPF, she oversees the full spectrum of financial operations, including reporting, accounting, audit readiness, and compliance. She leads the month-end close process, prepares GAAP-compliant financial statements, and supports departmental decision-making through timely analysis and forecasting. Partnering closely with the CFO and executive team, she helps guide strategic planning and budgeting.

Esther earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Lehman College and her master's in accounting from Hunter College. With more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she is deeply committed to mission-driven work. Outside of work, Esther enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring her love of coffee, supporting local businesses, and traveling.
