Nicole Kittelson

Nicole Kittelson leads NPF's revenue-generating team, overseeing the Seal of Recognition, MyStudies, and Grants programs. In addition to providing strategic direction and leadership for these programs, she drives the development and execution of revenue strategies and manages key industry partnerships that support the NPF's growth and mission.

With more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector—including 8+ years focused on business development—Kittleson brings extensive expertise in revenue generation, strategic partnership development, and corporate relations. She is responsible for cultivating and expanding industry relationships, identifying new opportunities for sustainable revenue growth, and developing strategic collaborations that advance the foundation’s mission.
