Transitions in Care for Youth with Psoriasis

As children age, responsibilities in caring for their psoriatic disease changes too. Hear pediatric dermatologist Dr. Adelaide Hebert, Professor of Dermatology and Pediatrics at UTHealth McGovern Medical School in Houston, discuss when transitions in care are appropriate, what factors could influence change in responsibilities and the impact of the disease (such as hormonal changes), and tips on how to make such changes in care responsibilities occur.

This session also includes a look at how the AAD-NPF Pediatric Guidelines impact the overall management of psoriatic disease.
