Youth Ambassador Program

If you’re a young person living with psoriatic disease, you’re not alone.

There are more than 700,000 youth diagnosed with psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis in the U.S.

The physical and emotional impact of psoriatic disease is often magnified for young people, who already grapple with a range of coming-of-age issues.

NPF Youth Ambassadors, sponsored by LEO, fosters opportunities to make friends and engage with others who have psoriatic disease. NPF Youth Ambassadors serve as leaders in the community, act as role models to help peers manage and take control of their disease, and inspire others with psoriatic disease to lead confident and fulfilling lives.

"LEO Pharma is proud to once again support the National Psoriasis Foundation's Youth Ambassador Program, to help raise awareness about the impact of psoriasis for those growing up with the disease. We know that over 700,000 young people are diagnosed in the U.S., so it's incumbent on us, as a company with a commitment to helping in the treatment of plaque psoriasis, to lend a hand in this very important effort. Thanks to the NPF for everything that you do."

Chris Posner, President & CEO, LEO Pharma Inc.
