Take the Self-Care Challenge

This MyPsoriasisTeam challenge will have you living a healthier life, one week at a time.

Even in the best of situations, eating right, getting the exercise you need and finding the time to stay in a healthy frame of mind can be challenging. Finding “you” time is even more difficult when living day to day with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Motivation is key. But finding that motivation can be a struggle. That’s why our official online community, MyPsoraiasisTeam, has launched the Gaining Control with Psoriasis Self-Care Challenge – a program that is all about helping you feel your best.

Here’s the Challenge

Set attainable weekly goals to help boost your mood, improve your diet and get moving. Then record how your goals make you feel. If you feel an improvement, make what works for you a habit! And if you find any of the challenges to be difficult, consult with your doctor about your experience and how best to manage your psoriasis so you feel your best.

It sounds simple, but we all know that a dip in motivation can stop healthy habits quickly. That’s why it’s important to find others who understand what you’re going through. Taking the MyPsoriasisTeam Self-Care Challenge also connects you with an online community of others, all pushing one another to achieve their goals. Share exercise tips, tasty (but healthy) recipes and celebrate your wins with a supportive group that is always here for you.

So if you are ready to take a positive step in the right direction, sign up for the Self-Care Challenge today.

And to help you get started, get some tips on how to live a healthier life from some of our recent online content:
