About Dr. Neil Fenske
Dr. Neil Fenske is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Fenske is board-certified in both dermatology and dermatopathology. He founded the USF Dermatology Residency Program in 1980, which has cultivated approximately 100 board-certified dermatologists.
He is the holder of the Neil Alan Fenske, M.D., Endowed Chair in Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery. He is Medical Director of the USF Health Cosmetics and Laser Center as well as the Phototherapy Center. He is also a professor of both the Department of Oncologic Sciences and the Department of Pathology & Cell Biology. As a Senior Member of the Moffitt Cancer Center’s Cutaneous Oncology Program, he is actively involved in their research endeavors on skin cancer and melanoma.
Dr. Fenske is past president of seven local, regional, and national dermatology organizations. Throughout his career, Dr. Fenske has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Distinguished Service Award in 2016 from the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, which recognizes outstanding leadership, dedication and extraordinary contribution to the dermatology profession in Florida and to FSDDS. Dr. Fenske is on the editorial boards of several scientific journals and the author or co-author of more than 200 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts. He has lectured extensively locally, nationally and internationally.
About Dr. Michael A. Scannon
Dr. Michael A. Scannon is a board-certified dermatologist who has been in practice since January 1982 in Tampa and Dade City, Florida. He is head of the Florida Westcoast Skin and Cancer Center. Dr. Scannon received his training from the Department of Dermatology, Emory University, and from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in internal medicine. He is a member of the prestigious Noah Worcester Dermatological Society, American Academy of Dermatology, Hillsborough County Medical Association, Florida Society of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the Photomedicine Society to name just a few. He is also an Affiliate Associate Professor for the Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Scannon has also served as a principal investigator on numerous psoriasis clinical studies.
About Kevin Dwyer
Kevin Dwyer has lived in South Tampa for over 20 years and is a property manager and investor. He studied Finance at The University of Houston, the State of Texas remains close to his heart. Having lived with Psoriasis for close to 30 years, Mr. Dwyer decided to get involved in the community and volunteer for the National Psoriasis Foundation. Mr. Dwyer has been instrumental in ensuring National Psoriasis Foundation's presence in the Tampa area since 2010 as the Event Chair for Team NPF Walk in Tampa.
