Did you know that people living with psoriatic disease have an increased risk for experiencing a comorbidity? A comorbidity is a disease or condition that occurs because of or is related to a health condition you have, such as psoriasis. Some of the most common comorbidities of psoriatic disease include high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, depression and type 2 diabetes.

Since related conditions can be physical as well as mental, we created a Healthy Living Kit to help you manage your disease from every angle.

The Healthy Living Kit will help you:

  • Understand your risk for comorbidities
  • Learn about the emotional impact of psoriatic disease
  • Get tips to manage your overall health

(An NPF Patient Navigator will respond to your request within approximately 3 business days.)
