1. No purchase, donation or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter any of the Psoriasis Awareness Month Contests (each, a “Contest” and collectively, the “Contests”) or win a prize.

2. These Contests are sponsored by the National Psoriasis Foundation (“NPF”), the largest psoriasis patient advocacy organization in the world. NPF is located at:

3. These Contests are open to U.S. residents only.

4. Entrants must send entries as required in the Contest Announcement in order to be eligible. Entries received after the deadlines set forth in the Contest Announcement are ineligible, null, and void. NPF will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. NPF is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by NPF for any reason whatsoever.

5. Entrants must register their entry in a Contest in the manner provided in the Contest Announcement. Eligible entrants become “Contestants.”

6. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever, NPF in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

7. All winners will be notified via e-mail or direct message on social media. If the winner does not respond to the notification within five (5) business days, another winner will be chosen. Failure to respond within five (5) business days shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. All prizes will be awarded unless there are insufficient entries for the number of prizes to be awarded (in which case, prizes will be awarded to all entries).

8. Only one entry per person per Contest will be considered for Contest entry. If a Contestant enters more than one entry into a Contest, that Contestant will be treated as having made no entry into that Contest. Any Contestant may submit one entry to each of the five Contests. A Contest submission will be deemed incomplete (and therefore deemed not submitted) if it fails to include all items set forth in the Contest Announcement. If a Contest submission includes anything deemed by NPF to be defamatory, obscene, lewd, or otherwise inappropriate, or includes any intellectual property not owned by the Contestant or NPF, the Contest submission will be disqualified and treated as having not been submitted.

9. By signing up for a Contest, Contestant agrees to receive periodic e-mail communications related to the Contest.

10. Contestant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NPF and all of its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from, for and against, and hereby waives any right to pursue and releases, any claims of any nature arising in connection with NPF's use of the Contestant’s Contest submissions. NPF may use the Contestant’s Contest submissions in any manner and for any purpose or use, as determined by NPF in NPF's sole and absolute discretion, and the Contestant hereby grants to NPF an irrevocable, unconditional, nonexclusive, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license and right to use the Contestant’s Contest submissions (which may include a picture of the Contestant or the Contestant’s likeness) in any manner and for any purpose or use.

11. All entrants and winners must be at least 18 years of age.

12. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes arising in connection with awarding the prize. All winners are responsible for reporting all prize winnings to applicable taxing agencies, to the extent required by applicable law.

13. Neither NPF nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner. NPF is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any Contest promoted by NPF.

14. No officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns of NPF, nor any family members of or people living with any of the foregoing, are eligible for participation in any of these Contests.

15. These Contests are null and void in any jurisdiction where it is restricted or prohibited by law.

16. NPF reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any Contest at any time without prior notice.

17. NPF reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any Contest rules at any time.

By entering a Contest, Contestant is conclusively deemed to have agreed to be bound by all of these Contest terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to each Contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

19. Except for the “Get Informed Contest” and “Keep Going Contest,” winners are subjectively selected by a judging panel consisting of one or more employees of NPF selected by NPF. In the case of the Get Informed Contest, the first 100 participant’s to complete the quiz and correctly answer question number 5 will receive the prize. In the case of the Keep Going Contest, the first person to take the quiz and correctly answer all the questions will receive the prize. The odds of winning a Contest depend upon the number of entries received and cannot be determined in advance.

20. Winners of the Contests will be announced Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) via NPF’s website (i.e., A list of winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped (first-class postage) envelope to NPF at the address below and requesting the list.

21. NPF reserves the right to condition the award of prizes upon the execution by the winners of a publicity release. Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrant to use the entrant's name and likeness (without compensation to the entrant), if the entrant is a winner, to publicize the Contest and otherwise, as determined by NPF, unless prohibited by law.

22. NPF reserves the right to require the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility as a sworn document and provide other proof of eligibility as a condition of receipt of the prize.
