Educational sessions will run from 8:00 a.m. October 7^th to 1:00 p.m. October 8^th. By submitting this application, I agree to arrange my travel plans accordingly and attend all required lectures on Saturday and Sunday. I understand that if I don’t adhere to NPF’s attendance policy, as well as complete all pre/post-conference activities (pre-test, post-test, evaluation), I will be subject to financial penalties for expenses incurred on my behalf.
