The National Psoriasis Foundation will provide:
Attendees from outside the DC-metro area:
- A scholarship of $500 to assist with the cost of your travel to the Fellows’ Meeting
- Accommodations for two nights (Friday, October 6th & Saturday, October 7th) at the Capital Hilton
- Group meals (breakfast and lunch) and Saturday evening reception
Attendees from the DC-metro area (medical school within 30 miles of Capital Hilton):
- Accommodations for one night (Saturday, October 7th) at the Capital Hilton
- Reimbursement of up to $118 for parking or transportation to the Capital Hilton upon provision of receipts
- Group meals (breakfast and lunch) and Saturday evening reception
Attendees are responsible for:
- Providing a credit card number to cover hotel incidentals
- Fees associated with cancellations
• The deadline for hotel cancellation is September 13th. Should you cancel after this date, you may be charged for one night's lodging. - Early hotel departure fees, if applicable
• All attendees are expected to stay for the entire duration of the conference. In the event of an emergency, if you need to check out before October 8th, an early departure fee may be charged to your credit card. - Repayment of the full amount of the scholarship within two weeks of cancellation if you cancel or do not attend
