How NPF Addresses Insurance Barriers

This is the final webcast in a three-part series focused on health insurance and the barriers to accessing health care. This webcast will discuss the NPF’s state and federal advocacy and policy efforts to address the insurance barriers facing people living with psoriatic disease.   

“How NPF Addresses Insurance Barriers” is a free online event that will educate people living with the disease and their caregivers on NPF’s ongoing advocacy work and how every individual can become their own advocate.     

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand what NPF is doing to improve health care outcomes by addressing insurance barriers
  • Be informed on local and national efforts to address insurance barriers for people living with psoriatic disease
  • Learn how to become an advocate and work with NPF to improve the health outcomes for all individuals living with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis
