Research is booming in the field of psoriatic disease. We have more information now than ever about why inflammation occurs, causes of comorbid conditions and treatments. Researchers across the globe continue to dive deep into the cellular level to look at the genetics of psoriasis and better understand disease and flare triggers.
Research Pipeline is a FREE online event that will help patients recognize different types of research projects, understand current psoriatic research and anticipate future advance.
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the difference between Basic, Translational, and Clinical research
- Understand current research related to psoriatic disease
- Recognize present and past NPF grant recipients and the work they are doing
- Anticipate upcoming advances in the field
